I’ve been training clients and high-performers for nearly a decade—from ultra competitive athletes, to beginners hungry for a life-changing transformation.
My 15+ years of weight lifting and athletic training experience give me a unique take on coaching. I use a results-proven hybrid method that blends bodybuilding, athletic training, functional movement, and mental discipline. We combine that with detailed nutrition and supplementation coaching to structure the perfect program for you and your goals.

You’ve come to the right place. One of my specialties is instruction on proper form, ensuring that you stay injury free and on the path to the best results possible.

Most clients start noticing changes in strength, energy, and confidence within the first 2-4 weeks.
Visible changes typically become more noticeable within 8-12 weeks alongside consistent training, nutrition, and recovery.
My goal isn’t to give you short-term results, but to build a body and mindset you can be happy with for years.

A private fitness studio in Agoura Hills, CA.

A water bottle and comfortable activewear, and you’re set. Towels are provided at the studio.
For athletes and advanced lifters, additional equipment may be recommended.

Sessions are flexible to be rescheduled, made up, or carried over to new weeks/months.
Excluding emergency situations, I do ask for a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling sessions so I’m able to adjust my scheduling and client work appropriately.

After starting your program, we assess exactly what your calorie and macro nutrient intake should be to hit your goals. If we decide to track, it will be through a nutrition app that will show your daily/weekly calories and macros. From there, we track progress and adjust accordingly so that what you’re eating supports your goals in the best way possible.
