Fully tailored athletic training for hockey players, figure skaters, and any other athletes. Sessions are focused on building strength, power, speed, and mobility that will directly transfer to major improvements on the ice, field, or court.

Each athlete will have a custom workout program that is tailored to their experience, current strengths, and things they want to improve on. In addition to the workout sessions, the program includes:

  • Access to an app that tracks workouts and progress

  • Access to home workouts and stretching routines through the app

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Supplement guidance

  • Mindset discussions and guidance

  • Consistent communication to keep progress moving forward

1-on-1 Athletic training

Small Group Training is available for athletes who want to train with a partner, or friends. Sessions and workouts are still customized to the athletes involved, and are run with the goal of making each individual athlete better in their own way. Nutrition and supplement guidance are offered in small group sessions, and access to the workout app is available for athletes who invest in session packages.

Pricing per session is split among the athletes.
